There is a prequel to this story & I highly suggest you read it first， but you don’t have to。 After reading Before The Chaos I could not wait to get my hands on this story。It’s been ten years since Madison has seen or heard from Quentin。 The last time she saw him he was supposed to be her fiancé and then he disappeared and broke her heart。 Oh， I forgot to mention that he was also her brother’s best friend。Now in the present， Madison has landed a job as a PR for The Queen City Chaos and Quentin j There is a prequel to this story & I highly suggest you read it first， but you don’t have to。 After reading Before The Chaos I could not wait to get my hands on this story。It’s been ten years since Madison has seen or heard from Quentin。 The last time she saw him he was supposed to be her fiancé and then he disappeared and broke her heart。 Oh， I forgot to mention that he was also her brother’s best friend。Now in the present， Madison has landed a job as a PR for The Queen City Chaos and Quentin just happens to be the new quarterback and her client。 I could not wait for these two to get their second chance。 The tension and the chemistry are there again immediately like ten years never went by。 The angst had me sweating and patiently waiting for the fire to reignite between these two and wow。 。。。more

OMG Quentin and Madison were everything！ First off， you need to read the prequel， Before the Chaos， it will give you so much backstory to these two and definitely leave you needing the rest of their story。 We pick up 10 years after at the start of Rival Hearts， with Madison not knowing she’s about to be thrown into Quentin’s orbit， helping him to set steeled with a new team and making their fans fall in love with him。 But Quentin is one determined guy， knowing this is finally his chance to make OMG Quentin and Madison were everything！ First off， you need to read the prequel， Before the Chaos， it will give you so much backstory to these two and definitely leave you needing the rest of their story。 We pick up 10 years after at the start of Rival Hearts， with Madison not knowing she’s about to be thrown into Quentin’s orbit， helping him to set steeled with a new team and making their fans fall in love with him。 But Quentin is one determined guy， knowing this is finally his chance to make Madison his again after he broke her a decade ago。 Quentin is a man who knows what he wants， and that’s Madison。 He worked so hard for her to forgive him， finally admitting truths about the past that allowed her and her brothers to see he did what he thought was best for her。 I loved how he loved her， putting aside all his pride for her。 He did his best to make peace with her brothers， but also not backing down because his love for her would not be rivalled。 Madison had little power to resist Quentin when he pulled out the big guns。 These two had such explosive chemistry that it just oozed off the page。 I’m obsessed with all of Maggie’s characters， but these two just have an extra special something that had me salivating for more。 I can’t wait to spend more time in this world！ 。。。more

This one was interesting。 It had a good premise。 It had some good tension。 It had some great characters， too。 I liked the PR part and especially because it got them close together and in close proximity。 I also enjoyed how their past played out in the whole scheme of things。 They two were meant to be， and that was clear。 The only thing I disliked was that I didn't feel the spark。 The tension was there， but the spark to make this different and help it stand out was not completely there for me。 Bu This one was interesting。 It had a good premise。 It had some good tension。 It had some great characters， too。 I liked the PR part and especially because it got them close together and in close proximity。 I also enjoyed how their past played out in the whole scheme of things。 They two were meant to be， and that was clear。 The only thing I disliked was that I didn't feel the spark。 The tension was there， but the spark to make this different and help it stand out was not completely there for me。 But overall， it was a nice book with some great spice， too。 3。5 stars from me！ 。。。more

I enjoy Maggie Rawdon’s writing and I love the overlap of so many of her books。 You get to catch up with fave characters from her other series。 She writes a football romance so well and the spice is always fantastic。 The FMC Madison aka Madness was great， and Quentin was swoony。 Was it as amazing as other reviewers were raving about？ I didn’t quite get the intense hype BUT I really did like it。 There’s a lot of her backlist I’m looking forward to reading！

I absolutely loved Quentin & Madison's prequel novella Before The Chaos so I was super excited for Rival Hearts。 There were lots to like about this book and I especially enjoyed all the character cameos from the previous books。 I LOVE Tobias & East so I am happy that I got to spend mor time with them here and get glimpses into their current lives。 It's a me thing， but I really hate when parents are super evil like Madison's dad。 I know the groundwork has been laid in the previous books for Mr。 W I absolutely loved Quentin & Madison's prequel novella Before The Chaos so I was super excited for Rival Hearts。 There were lots to like about this book and I especially enjoyed all the character cameos from the previous books。 I LOVE Tobias & East so I am happy that I got to spend mor time with them here and get glimpses into their current lives。 It's a me thing， but I really hate when parents are super evil like Madison's dad。 I know the groundwork has been laid in the previous books for Mr。 Westfield to be a horror show， but it bothers me when a parent will threaten or bribe the person their child loves。 I also wish there was a touch more angst between Quentin & Madison in their journey back to each other。 Also， a personal preference because I'm a hoe for angst。 That said， Maggie Rawdon always writes fun books where the spice is spicin' and Rival Hearts is no different。 I'm so excited to see what comes next in this series。 Thank you so much for the opportunity to read an early copy of Rival Hearts。 I enjoyed it very much！ 。。。more

If I loved you less， I might be able to talk about it more。I would give this brother’s （ex） best friend， forced proximity， enemies to lovers， second chance， sports romance 4。5 stars。 It was well written with likable and relatable characters and an interesting and engaging plot。 There is a prequel novella which helps set the stage for this one but you’ll be fine if you don’t read it。 Quentin is a bit of a damaged hero but I love the man that he has grown into and his love for Madison。 She’s alway If I loved you less， I might be able to talk about it more。I would give this brother’s （ex） best friend， forced proximity， enemies to lovers， second chance， sports romance 4。5 stars。 It was well written with likable and relatable characters and an interesting and engaging plot。 There is a prequel novella which helps set the stage for this one but you’ll be fine if you don’t read it。 Quentin is a bit of a damaged hero but I love the man that he has grown into and his love for Madison。 She’s always been “the one” and I love how he proves it。 Madison has become quite the PR powerhouse in her own right and I loved to see her succeed in her business and get the love she deserved。 I really don’t have a lot of flowery words for this review。 This is just a great read with an emotional and satisfying HEA。 。。。more
